Shipping Policy

All Ashen Drift products are made to order. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed, which means shipping times are a little different from stores that ship from existing inventory.

Production Time

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days within the US. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5-14 business days, depending on the product and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping carriers and production partners occasionally experience delays outside our control (weather, high-volume periods, customs, etc.). We appreciate your patience if this happens.

International Orders

International shipping times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
